Michelle is the best nanny/sitter I have ever had. She was great with my 3yr old son and 9yr old daughter. They absolutely loved her and still ask for her. She really became part of our family and went out of her way to help around the house even though it wasn't required of her. She would make a great nanny/sitter for any family.
