Trish D. has been our nanny for exactly one year. She started when my son was 2 years old, and I was pregnant. We then shifted to a lifestyle with a 3 year-old and infant. Through all our ups and downs, Ms. Trish has stayed by our side.

Ms. Trish helped our 2 year old through the pandemic. With her help, he blossomed from a toddler to an independent pre-schooler. She potty-trained our 2 year old and taught him how to wash his hands, put on his clothes and shoes independently, and clean up after himself after playing and eating. They always had their morning outings at the park that my 2 year old loved. Moreover, Ms.Trish has a very artistic side that the toddler enjoyed!

After I delivered my second, Ms. Trish was very flexible when I was on maternity leave. She helped do all the piling laundry and was very patient with my post-partum state. She helped around the house, which allowed me to spend time with my kids.

When my toddler transitioned to Pre-K, Ms. Trish then started watching my infant part-time while I worked. They have developed such a close-knit bond. Ms. Trish is also great with swaddling, sleep training, and feeding solids. She even taught me how to use cloth diapers. I learned a lot of newborn tricks from her.

Lastly, Ms. Trish performed a very important role of house manager. She always made sure the kitchen and play areas were tidy. She ensured our family laundry was folded and put away. She kept dinner ready every night, allowing my husband and I to spend time with our kids instead of getting caught in the nightly dinner chaos.
Ms. Trish has been a great asset in our household. She only expects that you treat her with the respect and kindness that she shows the family she is with.
