Hello! My name is Lauren. I have been in the childcare realm for about 5 years now. I am 20 years old. I would like to describe myself as engaged, compassionate, and caring. I have exceptional childcare and communication skills, so I have been told. Communication is key in my eyes. I have always loved the idea of childcare before the age of 15 as I took care of my younger sister and cousins as their after and before school nannies. I then took on my first nanny role at the age of 15 during the summer. Since I have worked with children newborn-12th in many different settings such as tutoring, nannying, babysitting, lifeguarding, teen camp working, teacher assisting, substituting, and nursing internships and pet care. I am pet friendly and have had dogs of my own for many years. I am able to assist with children of all ages as well as routines such as minor house keeping and light meal prep.
