Loren came to look after my son for a day. She was nice and took good care of our son. However, she did not show up for her scheduled time the following week after promising that she will be coming. She did not respond to our messages when we tried to contact. This impacted our schedule and had to cancel our plan. So, taking 2 stars off for being flaky and unreliable.
