The app doesn't allow public one star reviews but 3 stars is generous as after various conversations with Ashley, including one a couple of hours before she was due to babysit for us, she never showed up. I had to cancel an important event as she simply left us waiting. Since I have yet to hear back from her, I can't recommend Ashley as a sitter, unfortunately.
We had a great experience with Ashley. She is a good communicator, very sweet, and she did very well with our daughter. We definitely recommend her!
