Hi!
My name is Julie. I have a BAIS degree from The University of Texas at Dallas and have courses in Early Childhood Development.
Most of my experience has been in working with children but I have had dogs all of my life,
(Beagles, Mutts, a Terapoo, a Maltese and a mixed Terrier breed.)
Each dog was the love of my life. 3 were rescues and I felt they were my own children.
I have dog sat once for a friend of mine, many years ago. One of her dogs, Lexi, was half Lab and half pit bull. I can get my friend's reference for you upon request. Another, more frequently while my friend was recovering from surgery. I so loved Coco!
I do have First Aid and CPR, but have never had to use them on a dog before.
I also was a Volunteer for awhile with ELPO
Animal shelter and Orphanage. I adopted my last rescue from there.
I am affectionate and loving and take care of dogs as though they were my own.
