Hannah has taken wonderful care of our child and exceeded all of our expectations! As first time parents, we were nervous about bringing a Nanny (stranger) into our home to take care of our child. Hannah joined us when our son was only 4 months old and has been with us for over 10 months. Very quickly we felt at-ease, learned from her experiences, and established open communication to make the day-to-day as smooth as possible for all of us.

Hannah helped us through extremely difficult moments (cows milk protein intolerance, bottle resistance, first cold, eczema issues, teething, sleepless nights, tantrums) as well as shared in the joys of all our son's amazing moments and milestones (eating real food, walking, talking, clapping, etc.)

Hannah has been a key part in helping our child develop. From the start she spent time focusing on skills practice, researched and implemented new ways to play and help him grow, and shared experiences with us. Every Monday she comes in and asks if there's anything new to know then she'd modify her day to support whatever new skill he's working on, or provide extra care and nurturing if he's having a tough time (growth spurts, sleep regressions, teething).

She has not only taken care of our child, but she's really taken care of us, too. She's been a lifesaver with doing some chores around the house, always keeping busy, and asking if there's anything special we'd like her to focus on. She helped us become more confident parents! Any family would be lucky to have Hannah care for their child.

Basic overview of tasks completed:
Provided our child with nurturing love and security by keeping him safe and happy at all times.
Maintained a daily log for parents on feedings, diapers, and sleep using app provided
Completed diaper changes in a timely manner while following directions provided by parents
Ensured child's clothes are changed based on temperature when inside and/or outside, or if soiled
Prepared meals and snacks with menu guidance from parents
Provided milk bottle / sippy cup according to schedule parents provide (cleaned pump supplies too!)
Cleaned and put away child's laundry 1-2 times per week
Restocked diaper changing stations and took our dirty diaper pails
Used awake times for age appropriate activities such as reading or singing to child, playing with toys, practicing skills, or going for a walk in the stroller when weather permitted
Ensured child takes naps when tired and advised by app
Organized and tidy up the nursery
Household chores (cleaning toys/play areas, dishes, sweeping/mopping, organizing, clutter clean up, etc.)
