I grew up on a family farm and have been an over of many different types of animals and pets my entire life. I spent 12 years as a vocational instructor working with marginalized youth. I provided care for my maternal grandparents for the final six years of their lives so they could transition to the next life with dignity, respect and honor versus passing away in a nursing home. I currently provide care for persons with disabilities and have six years experience in that capacity as a manager and direct support provider.
