Pets and animals have been my passion since I was a child. I recently left a long career in retail management and am spending my days loving on my four dogs and 6 cats. Our current routine consists of long walks through the woods, followed by tick checks (yes! We’re up to date on all our meds!) and the occasional river swim. I have fostered for the Nashville Humane Association for the last 5 years-much to my sweet husband’s delight-including the medical case fur babies who often need a bit extra TLC.
I have experience with large dogs, small dogs, blind dogs, deaf dogs, fat cats, skinny cats, sweet cats, aloof cats, chickens, ducks, some farm animals, and an array of injured woodland creatures. I’m good at cleaning, caregiving, motivation of stubborn fur babies, and love walking, and active-outdoor time with four-legged friends.
