Kourtney O. Pet Care Provider in Memphis, TN 38104

My name is Kourtney O’Connor and I am interested in the childcare provider position. I am a student at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (taking all online classes as this is my last semester before I receive a Bachelors in Psychological Science) and I am looking for an opportunity to involve myself in during my the free time I have. I am able to work full time and I am looking for a positive environment to work in and I beleive working in this position will be perfect for someone like myself. I have worked in childcare positions before at Savannah Christian Church and there I served as a group leader/childcare provider for newborns-toddlers. I also am a part of a research team at Children’s Hospital for adolescents, which I’ve been doing for 2 years now. I also have experience with working with children with disabilities through Red Barn at UAB. I also volunteer when I can as a mentor for children and adolescents in the black belt of Alabama with Spirit of Luke at UAB. I have also had experience babysitting and am CPR/AED certified through HOSA. I beleive I can contribute skills I have gathered in leadership through other positions to this position. I also will bring kindness, compassion and patience to the position, as I have done for others in the past. If offered the position, I would be able to begin work immediately.
