My name is Taylor! I’m 22 years old, I have had animals my whole life! Horses, dogs cats, you name it. I’m currently a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel breeder, I’m in the army reserves for military police, and a full time student online.
A little about my past accomplishments- Previously, I was enrolled in the Veterinary Science program at the Bay-Arenac ISD Career Center. As a student in this program I had learned animal restraint, veterinary terminology and anatomy of animals, nail trimming, human and animal First Aid & CPR, along with the proper way to maintain a clinic. During the second semester in this program I performed testing and also had the opportunity to assist in the spaying and neutering of cats and dogs. In February 2020 I joined the army reserves. In July 2020 I graduated basic and military police AIT training at Fort Leonardwood, MO. In addition, I am a member of Health Occupations Students of America and have received perfect attendance awards throughout school along with high honor roll and citizenship achievements. Along with HOSA I was also a member of National Society of High School Scholars, 4-H, Alma College equestrian team, yearbook, and also Varsity softball and cheerleading which I was the captain of. I’m currently a student at Columbia College, obtaining my Bachelors in Biology with a minor in animal science.
