I spoke with Keira D. about a babysitter position. The phone interview was promising. She seem very interested but, after constant contact with no reply, I found this very unprofessional and uncaring. This showed me she wouldn't be great babysitter/nanny material. When it comes to children, communication is a very important tool for a babysitter/nanny positions. Word of advice if babysitters/nannies are not interested in a position have the professional courtesy of contacting the client to let know that.
