I have been owning dogs since I was a kid. Currently, I have a 3 year old Australian Shepherd, a 4 year old Husky mix, and a 12 year old Golden Retriever. When I got my Aussie, I started taking an interest in dog training and animal behavior. I have been learning about training and using it on him for the past 3 years. I also do agility with him and have dabbled in training him in competition obedience. I don’t have any prior pet sitting experience, but I have handled dogs for other trainers several times and have also walked many dogs through volunteering in shelters. I also completed an internship at a vet clinic in my senior year of high school. I’m currently a freshman at CMU and looking to pet sit and dog walk to earn some extra income.
