Jacky watched our little one twice. She was enthusiastic, playful with our dog and overall very kind. On the third time I asked her to babysit she told me a day before she was scheduled to babysit that she "may or may not" be able to watch our daughter because of a rescheduled recreation softball game. Although frustrated, I said that I understood and asked her to let me know as soon as possible. She then never returned my calls or texts and never came to our home for the appointment. I understand that things come up but I was hoping for more professionalism or responsibility when planned out in advance.
