Susan’s Bio
I was born and raised on a dairy farm in the Pittsburgh area. I’m the 13th of 14 kids in my family.
I’ve always been around animals! Dogs, cats, cows, chickens, the occasional pig, and horses (owned by my cousins). I’m happy to say that I’ve never been bitten by a dog or cat, except for one time when a black cat and a white cat spooked each other!
As a teenager, I’d frequently grab veggies from my Mom’s gardens and walk into the woods, a favorite quiet place where I’d found a tree stump that I could sit on, and I’d wait for the animals to visit for some snacks — deer, raccoons, squirrels, birds, and even a bear cub a couple of times!! I trusted them not to eat me, and they got some fresh veggies!

Susi is very easy to talk to and get along with! She showed up on time in the mornings and was flexible with her schedule, and respectful to cultural differences. She was very comfortable working with my twin newborns and also comfortable with animals. Definitely a keeper?.
Susi was fantastic with my son River who I would consider a challenging toddler at times. He was completely comfortable with her and she attended to all of his needs perfectly! I am so happy to have found such a wonderful sitter!
