Growing up, I was an only child surrounded by furry friends. I had everything from fish to hamsters to cats and dogs that all had unique names and personalities. At one time, I had over 12 different types of animals, all rescues: three cats, two dogs, two bunnies (that made four MORE bunnies!) birds, a rat and hamsters that I had rescued from abusive situations. We even had a pet chicken named "Cluck-Cluck" that came with our house when first we moved in. I have experience in all of these areas with the exception of reptiles. However, I am willing to learn and follow through with the care-taking.

I am no stranger to cleaning litter boxes and picking up "Number Twos" while going for a walk with your dog. When our two bunnies accidentally got out and made four MORE bunnies, I played an active role in making sure that the "nursery" provided by mama bunny was cleaned on a regular basis while the babies grew up. The rat that I rescued from my psychology lab in school was let out on a regular basis to exercise and play. I had a large lab mix named Riley that kept me on my toes but helped me understand what true love is really made of. I now currently share a German Shepard puppy with my boyfriend and we each have a cat.

I have stayed overnight to care for two elderly dogs while their humans were away. I can administer basic medication if need be.

I love my pets the same way that a mother would love her children. I am a very committed person when it comes to the well-being of animals and their everyday needs. I am reliable and trust worthy. Feel free to contact me with any further questions!
