Growing up, my family always had a lot of dogs, and animals in general. At one point in my life, my family had seven dogs. Keeping in mind that I have six siblings, that makes for a household of 14 kids - human and fur! I have always had a huge love and passion for animals, and currently have one dog right now as we are living in an apartment. I have pet sat in the past a handful of times, and it is always an incredibly fun experience getting to know other people's dogs and seeing how they are compared to my own. While I do not have any specific training or certifications when it comes to pet sitting, I have had a dog of my own that has been solely under my care for the past 12 years now. I had a chihuahua ever since I was a child and she just needed basic care, but my dog now requires a bit more accommodations when it comes to her eating and overall health; therefore, I have learned how to care for a dog who requires more than just a simple feeding or a walk - I am able to go above and beyond and provide everything that she needs and I am blessed to continue to do so.
