I love taking care of pets because I want their caregivers to feel that their pets will be well-loved and taken care of while they are gone. Dogs have been a part of my life since I was born, and I know how it feels to leave your dog at home while you’re on vacation. I strive to make pet caregivers feel that their four-legged family member will be happy while they are away by ensuring I know all of their care requirements and going out of my way to meet them.

My favorite pet-sitting job was a week over the fourth of July weekend. The family had three large dogs and three cats. The dogs were excellent at fetch, and the cats were great at snuggling. The second year I cared for them, they also had two ducklings who were absolutely adorable. It was my favorite because of the pets and because the homeowners felt confident in my ability to care for their pets and keep them happy.
