I have done a lot of babysitting in my life, but I had never pet-sat until a friend needed me to emergently last year. Since then, I became a regular pet-sitter for that dog at college, and I cared for one family's cat a few times when they went on week-long vacations. My own family adopted a dog (pointer mix) four years ago, and she is my best friend :) She, and my friend's pit-bull, are the reason I love to care for all animals.
