I have been a pet sitter for family, neighbors, and friends since I was 13. It’s always been a side gig for me to earn some extra cash easily, plus who doesn’t love snuggling with a cute puppy? I used to volunteer at the Tri-County Animal Shelter in Amherst in Massillon before it went out of business and am a member of both the ASPCA and Defenders of Wildlife. I have a passion for the welfare of animals both domestic and wild and love working with them. I also understand why so many pet parents do not wish to send their pets to kennels while they are away and how hard it can be to find someone trustworthy to take care of your pets. I personally have taken care of the following breeds so far on my pet care journey: 2 labradors, 3 giant Alaskan malamutes, 1 golden retriever, 1 husky wolf mix, 1 German shepherd, 4 tabby cats and 1 calico cat. In short I have over 15 years of pet care experience with repeat customers ( as well as my own pets including dogs, cats, fish, and guinea pigs!).
