I've always been lucky to have a rescue dog or rescue cat or both in my home. My last furbaby, Tucker was mostly Red Bone Coon Hound with Lab thrown in for good mix. He came to me when he was 10 months old. He was a beautiful red mahogany color, weighed 88 lbs and was the love of my life. He passed away at 14 1/2 years old. Right now, I share my home with 1 female cat, 1 male cat and a 1 year old Chiweenie named Marty. The female cat is Ms. Pickles and the male cat is Juicey. For the last 12 years I've dog sat for a female Labradoodle named Yankie. Yankie would stay with me about 4 times a year for 2 week intervals while her family was on vacation. For the last 2 years I've sat for 2 cats, Honey & Spanky when their owner was on vacation. Honey & Spanky did not stay with me. I would go to their home twice a day to feed, pet and play with them.
