From August 2019 to March 2021 I worked at Mill Pond Veterinary
Clinic and Kennels as a kennel and doggy daycare employee as
well as a groomer. I fell in love with the job instantly, even though I only worked short days in the mornings. After half a year working as a groomer and a year working in kennel, I went on to training and daycare mainly. This job taught me a lot about communication and proper diction when addressing people and animals as well. I learned so much in regards to working with people and dogs and still hold it close to my heart. Unfortunately, I am also working on getting a BFA and therefore had to leave my job to pursue this degree. I, of course, could not stay away for long and am already looking to work once again with dogs in my spare time outside of school.
