Flaked two days before I was supposed to go back to work after maternity leave. We met in person and were going back and forth via text for weeks. Very unprofessional, nearly impossible to find a replacement with such little notice. Very unfortunate that people operate this way. Also very disheartening for full time working mothers.

Kaitlin is the first and only babysitter I have hired from this site and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She truly loves children, is caring, responsible and fun. She was so patient with my daughter who had some separation anxiety, and now my daughter asks for her throughout the week. We feel so luck to have found Kaitlin!
