Lifelong animal lover, with 20+ yrs cat care and 10 yrs catsitting experience. I've been a cat parent to 5 cats, from kitten to senior age. New to Rover (since May '24), but not to catsitting! Recent local references available. I understand expectations and concerns cat parents share, and am lovingly committed to keeping your cat happy, safe and healthy.

Because cat sitting is a passion project of mine, I care more about quality time getting to know your cat, rather than just maximizing total # of pet clients. For cat clients, I patiently commit myself to figure out how to make your cats feel safe, happy and relaxed enough around me to purr on their own timing (& will send you purring videos once they do!).

Experienced with kittens, senior cats with special needs/chronic illnesses, and cats that are anxious, extremely shy or have neurological challenges. I've also administered oral, ear and eye medications. For regular repeat customers, I can offer free cat harness training, or other behavior modification via positive reinforcement requests. I can also create cat food/treat treasure hunts for feline enrichment if requested.

A proactive problem solver, I'm always prepared & communicative in troubleshooting unexpected pet problems with you. Cleaning up cat vomit, food spills or bathroom accidents are not a problem for me! I ensure your cat gets what it needs to stay healthy & for my previous cat clients, have fixed cat water fountains, bathed older cats that tripped in their poop, cleaned food bowls daily to prevent cat acne, captured a bee already in the home that a cat tried to play with, and even soothed & monitored a senior FIP cat after a mini seizure.

I work remote and have a flexible schedule. If drop-ins provide wifi access, I'm happy to gift a free hour or many hours of working next to your pet in your home, with occasional play, petting & attention (this is in addition to your dedicated drop-in time where your pet gets my full attention).
