Hello, my names Lucia, but I prefer being called Bel. In all honesty I love pets! I actually have 2 dogs of my own, a turtle and a fish. I got my first dog at a young age, after that I grew up with dogs my entire life. It wasn’t until my late teenage years when I realized that they are more than just pets. I went into a depression episode when I was 21, I didn’t know how to handle it, so my partner at that time gifted me a chihuahua. She was only a month old. I had to bottle feed her and take her everywhere with me. I didn’t notice when my depression episode left. I just felt happier, I felt like I had found my best friend. Life became chaotic, in the best way possible. Before that time period I would always feed strays, donate toys, pet sit my friends pets. It just became something I loved doing.
