I've always loved animals since childhood. I've had many different and loved pets over the years, ranging anywhere from hamsters and birds to cats and dogs, also several bunny rabbits. My senior year of high school I interned at the animal clinic, Town and Country Veterinary Clinic, in my hometown of Silver City, NM. I interned for a year assisting with surgeries, appointments and caring for the boarding animals at the clinic. After my internship ended, the Veterinarian at the clinic offered me a summer job there before I moved away to attend college. I was in charge of handling animals for regular appointments as well as monitoring vital signs during surgeries. among other things I also assisted in filing payments and arranging appointments. I'm proficient in animal care and I love animals with a passion.
