I have had animals my whole life and currently have 2 cats and one dog who are friendly with each other and others. I keep dogs inside with me except when we go in our big 8-foot high brick walled backyard for potty breaks and play. Dogs are not allowed on furniture but either snuggle my legs or lay on a comfy bed near by. I am a stay at home mom so my availability is pretty open between pick up/drop off. My children have been raised to interact with dogs and cats well, so if they are both home everyone has safe fun.
