I would strongly recommend against working with Jenna. She has proven to be irresponsible and undependable.

When we first reached out to her to set up an interview, she had multiple issues with responding within a reasonable time frame. We gave her the benefit of the doubt and finally set up a call, but she didn't pick up when we called her. However, she texted us back right away and said she was sorry and would call us back in ten minutes. We then had the call and things seemed fine so we set up a time for her to start working that Saturday at 4pm. We even texted her the time and the address and she confirmed that worked.

Saturday comes, and she no calls and no shows on us, which was very frustrating. I texted her asking her what happened and have still not received a response 2 days later.

I would strongly recommend avoiding her. If she is this irresponsible with something as simple as communication and showing up when she said she would, I'd be very hesitant to trust her to take care of children.
