Hi! I'm Sarah and I'm 20 years old. I've grown up with a younger brother and sister who I help to take care of. I've been helping with them since I was 6. I also worked at a girls summer camp/horse farm for 2 years. I love kids and animals and would be excited to spend time with them outdoors, do crafts, help with learning, and other activities they're interested in :)
I worked at a pet store for 2 years helping to take care of small exotic animals such as guinea pigs, ferrets, and reptiles. I had a lot of interaction with dogs and cats here as well as minimal interaction with fish and birds. At home I have a gerbil, a leopard gecko, a 10-gallon tropical fish tank, a Russian dwarf hamster, a guinea pig, 2 hermit crabs, and a packman frog. In the future I hope to go to school to get my veterinary technician certification and possibly my DVM.
