I am an 18-year-old senior at Milford High School looking for some extra part-time work doing what I love; spending time with animals! I have pet sit and house sit for many years for all types of animals and schedules. I have taken care of equines, canines, felines, livestock, small animals, birds, reptiles, and fish. I have made visits to feed breakfast around 6:00-6:30 am on school days and spent days in another's house to watch their pets, so I do my best to adhere to your schedule and your pet's needs. Working in a pet store has allowed me to have a very broad knowledge of pet care and I have access to the wide availability of pet supplies. Having a diabetic cat, I am not shy about giving medications and injections for management, and I have given oral and subQ medication to cats, dogs, and horses. I know basic first aid for pets and have my trustworthy vet on call if yours is not available. I do my best to stay to the same schedule and training regimen you have with your pets so it is like you never left at all! I have no pet allergies and have worked with dogs of all sizes and multiple breeds, such as Newfoundlands, boxers, Pitbulls, Jack Russell Terriers, labs, golden retrievers, huskies, Shih Tzus, pugs, beagles, chihuahuas, and many other breeds of dogs. I do not shy away from messes and lots of hair, so I am very experienced with the cleaning, grooming, and maintenance that comes with pets! I have no physical disabilities, can be on my feet for hours at a time, squat, climb, crawl, roll in the mud for fun, and can carry up to 65 lbs, so handicapped and injured dogs are no problem for me.
