I was a veterinary technician for approximately 10 years after graduating with by Batchelors in Biology in 1999. I spent all of those years plus the 4 I was attending college house sitting and dog walking. It's how I actually put myself through college. When I got married and became a mom of 6 I left the veterinary world in order to be a stay at home mom. Well here we are kids are all grown up for tte most part and I MISS MY ANIMALS. I'm very comfortable with giving Subcutaneous fluids and giving any medications including those requiring injections such as insulin or allergy shots. I'm capable of some basic training as well as bathing however I'm not a grooming specialist so I don't do full hair cuts but I'm happy to do nail trims.
