I grew up with three cats and started dog walking and pet sitting in high school. In college I continued to dog walk for local professors and families, and I adopted a cat of my own! Unfortunately I wasn't able to take my cat, Arthur, with me to NYC when I moved here from NC in 2020, but he's now living the sweet life with my parents back home. I've pet sat for multi-pet households, ranging from small dogs to large Labradors and retrievers, as well as older dogs who require more intensive care.
