In response to my attached sitter city job AD. Her first response was "where are you located (incidentally the location was noted in the subject heading of the job ad) and what is the pay?". Should have been my first clue.
To that I responded with the price per hour that pay commiserate based on experience and negotiable. Her response was " Sorry for all that work you would need to pay someone $25/hr. Good Luck!
Samantha you last response may be true but I found you response to be inconsiderate, insensitive and short sided to the needs of divorced/single parents. I am also guessing that you are not familiar with the word "commiserate". Might help you in the future to read the ad carefully and google any words you are not familiar with. This is not wedding planning, try not to so transparent. Good luck!
