Hi, I'm Kimberly! I just came back to the US after teaching in Japan. My grandparents are elderly and so I came back to be near them since the rest of my family live in other states. I currently work as a remote customer service agent for Williams-Sonoma, and teach online. However, I am planning to go back to taking care of children and/or pets as that is my passion.

After graduating university, I moved to Japan and taught English for 13 years to students of all ages and in different learning environments, English schools, public schools (elementary, middle and high schools), immersion school, and most recently for a well-respected private high school.

I have had dogs all my life. My family always had at least one dog, and as many as 3. I have a 10-year-old long-coat Chihuahua named Jack who is just the sweetest thing, and very well-behaved. I love him more than anything and I pretty much feel that all animals deserve to be taken care of well, especially because of all the joy they bring to our lives.

When I had to go to work, it almost broke my heart every day knowing I had to leave him alone, and would've loved it if there was a pet carer there with him. So, I'd love to be able to do that for someone.

Currently, I work from home so have lots of time to spend walking and playing with your dog and would love to meet him or her. I also live right next to a dog run, two ponds, and a trail. If you live in the Huntersville area, I live in Birkdale Village, so please contact me if you are looking for a puppy sitter. I can only do check-ins, visits, and dog walking if you live here. However, I can dog sit or take them overnight if you live in the area. Please feel free to ask me any questions you like as I may have not addressed your concerns.
