I’ve had experience with a variety of breeds and temperaments. I had a German shepherd who is my best friend, but she gets leash aggressive and protective and I learned how to keep that under control. I have dog sat regularly for some friends who had a lab, golden retriever, and chessie who all had a lot of energy and love to give. I’ve also watched dogs who are more shy and needed to warm up to me. I’m a small person, but I can handle more than I look like I can. I live in an apartment with breed restrictions so I may or may not be able to watch from my own home.
