Hello! I’m a 42-year-old single mother of a teenager, and we recently moved to downtown Durham, NC, where we’ve fallen in love with the vibrant community. I grew up partly in the country in Nebraska (where I'm orignially from) on a farm/ranch, surrounded by cattle, horses, sheep, a couple barn cats, and three dogs. I have had dogs and cats my entire life, I have volunteered with shelters and my dream is to open an animal sanctuary. I’m currently preparing to apply to law school for fall 2025. In the meantime, I’d love the opportunity to offer care to those who may need it. I’m passionate about helping others and take my responsibilities very seriously. I would welcome the chance to contribute to this wonderful community while earning some extra income.
