I owned a pet sitting business from 2009-2012 where I provided daily dog walks and vacation care (for dogs and cats -- and sometimes exotic animals!). We believed pets thrive better in their own environments, thus provided the best care so as not to disrupt anyone's routine. It was a wonderful experience that I, unfortunately, had to sell to take care of a family member.

I have two cats of my own and I volunteer for pet transports in which I help get rescue animals from shelters to forever homes. Best thing I've ever done.
