As a lifetime pet owner I've fostered a compassion for critters of all types since childhood. In Hawaii I volunteered for a trap neuter return and blind cat sanctuary, as well as the local shelter in my city. I've assisted with wildlife rehab and been a pet sitter on Rover for over seven years. I was a bather in a grooming salon and can clean ears, trim nails, bathe, and basic groom provided your pet is small & cooperative enough to use a sink or shower.

With my own big dogs (and wonderful cat) I've learned the importance of reading animal body language and maintaining a safe environment to foster trust. I am comfortable handling *most* animals and dispensing medication or subcutaneous fluids with a refresher demonstration.
