Hello! My name is Cassie, I'm 24 years old, and I live in Kansas City, MO (near Zona Rosa). I am highly experienced with pets and pet sitting (dogs and cats). I have two cats myself (named Bernie and Frankie!) and my family always had several beloved dogs and cats throughout my childhood. I regularly pet sit for several different families/individuals, most being long-term "regulars" or "repeats", meaning I am their designated pet sitter every single time. I'm pretty flexible when it comes to pay - I'm very understanding and willing to work with you!
I've worked for the University of Kansas as an Academic Success Navigator for two years now - I work from home and absolutely love my job! Prior to working at KU, I worked at a library which I absolutely loved as well (I'm an avid reader and collect books). Before that, I worked in childcare/Early Childhood Education for over seven years.
I have a Bachelor's degree from Park University, where I majored in Psychology and minored in Social Work. I also have an Associate's degree (General Studies) from Metropolitan Community College.
I am CPR, First Aid, and AED certified (both pediatric and adult). I have reliable transportation and a very flexible schedule, thanks to my remote job.
In my free time, I enjoy crafting - I love making homemade birthday/holiday cards and gifts for my loved ones. I also enjoy spending time with my cats of course, tending to my plants, reading, coloring, listening to music + attending concerts, going on walks outdoors, playing video games, cooking (and eating!), playing board games with friends/family, and more.
