Roxanne was absolutely amazing! She is very quick to respond and once we decided to book her she asked me for a list of things she needed ie emergency contact, allergies, what my son liked/disliked- it made me feel very good that she was so thorough and knew what to ask. She was amazing with our one year old at the hotel and kept him entertained. She put him to bed no problem and he was still fast asleep when we got home. She texted us updates too which was greatly appreciated. I could go on and on- HIGHLY recommend! Wish we lived in the same place!
