Ivy has been our nanny for the last 3.5 years. She has watched our 2 children (now 5 and 3) from infants to now being pre-schoolers. She was never late for work during this time and took 1 sick day over those 3+ years. The kids absolutely love her and she was great with both playing and teaching them.
