Cats and dogs have always been a big part of my family my entire life. I grew up learning to have a great respect and love for ALL animals. When I was young I had various birds, fish, and hamsters, along with our dog and cat(s). I also have some limited experience working with horses which were used in a therapy setting with young adults that had fetal alcohol syndrome.
While caring for animals, I believe one learns responsibility, gratitude, unconditional love, to make time for play and simply to be present in the moment.
I am new to Sittercity Pet Care, so even though I do not have references from here yet, I do have 40 years of experience caring for and loving my own animals and treating them as members of my family, since that is absolutely what they are. I would be honored to care for your fur babies while you enjoy your time away from home/vacation.
