I have had dogs in my home for as long as I can remember. I have walked my dogs for 30 minutes to an hour at a time. I also have walked all breeds and temperaments of dogs at Oceana County Animal Shelter. I don't have any certifications or professional training, but I have learned about dog behavior through reading books by various authors and from my husband, who is a professional dog trainer in Grand Rapids. While walking, I do not allow the dog to pull on the leash or walk in front of me. I will take into consideration the temperature and weather conditions before I walk your dog on the pavement.
