I have recently graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Honors College program at Oakland University with a BFA in Musical Theatre and a Medical Assistant program . Along with this formal training, I spent over 10,000 hours working as an emergency room technician in a Detroit Michigan Emergency Room during the peak of the Covid-19 pandemic. This has taught me to think quick on my feet, to be meticulous, and to master my interpersonal skills.
In addition to my skills in handling the high-pressure environment of a busy emergency room and performing on stage and screen, I have spent many years in secretarial, assistant and customer service positions managing schedules and mailing lists, booking travel, organizing events, inputting data into various platforms, and quickly handling customer concerns. Through my experiences, I have refined my ability to maintain a level head in a stressful environment, to work with a team toward a common goal, and to think on my feet during life and death situations in a hospital. I am a self-starter and an opportunity creator with the ability to be flexible and adaptive, and have mastered my time management skills handling two careers at once. I am very detail oriented and possess excellent communication, computer, and organizational skills that I am confident will serve me well in this position. There are no jobs too big or too small.
