I began pet-sitting for my neighbors' dog and cat a few years back whenever they would go on vacation. In addition, I also cared for a friend's dog at her house while she and her family went away for a week. Over the course of that week, their dog opened up to me, approaching me for affection. Owning two dogs and a cat of my own, I have considerable experience with animals, as well as possessing a great love for them.
