I am a mom of two college/grad school students, a crossing guard in Montgomery County, and have been a self employed residential real estate appraiser for over 35 years. I have a high level security clearance through the police department as a crossing guard/public safety employee. I adore animals and have a rescue dog and cat currently. At my crossing guard post and throughout the years appraising homes, I always enjoy meeting and bonding with the pets. Sometimes the dogs think I am there at work just to play with them! It is a wonderful part of the job :) Since the market has slowed down at the moment I am seeking to fill a need and help pet owners care for their beloved fur babies!
