Hey there! I was born in the Cayman Islands (near Cuba and Jamaica) and have been living in the U.S. for about 3 years now. I currently live in Maryland with my beautiful husband, Matthew, of 3 years and our 6 guinea pigs (yes, SIX!), 2 cats, and 3 hamsters. We love our fur babies!

I own my own business lavenderandclay.com where I sell handmade gifts such as clay earrings, candles, and seasonal gift boxes. My current goals are to grow my business and to see my products in many different local stores and craft markets. I want us to be in a financially stable space to be able to provide for the children we home to foster/adopt when the time comes.

I don't have any kids of my own nor do I have experience sitting kids but I am a quick and eager learner! I am open to learning what techniques work and do not work with your children as I believe that no two kids are the same but all are in need of love and diligent caregivers who understand their needs. I do however have experience with pets (clearly, lol!) but I am also ver open and eager to doing pet and house sitting jobs as well.

I'm available typically mornings and afternoons depending on my personal work schedule but I can be flexible when my schedule allows me to. Currently, I am open to doing some overnights depending on what works best for both of us.
