I would love to give Carolina a good review because she was great with my infant she seemed to care greatly for her and my daughter enjoyed spending time with her. Unfortunately we did not leave on good terms. We had asked her to let us know two weeks in advance if she found a new job, but then while we were away on vacation with limited service she told us she found a job and could only work two days the next week. Then after trying to get her to stay the full week so we could have time to find a replacement she said she couldn't work that last week and provided us two referrals, but those also cancelled last minute so we were left high and dry in a critical work week scrambling to find a replacement option.
