I have been a dog person my whole life! I currently own a 2-year-old rescue mix from GA. Miss Murphy is very social, patient, playful, submissive and loves playing with every dog she meets - big or small! My experience with adopting a rescue dog inspired me to pay it forward, so I began fostering dogs in my home for local rescues. These dogs often came with baggage due to prior histories of abuse, trauma, and/or neglect, and many had never even been inside a home before. I learned to adapt and care for each dog's individual needs, including housebreaking, crate training, basic commands, behavioral issues, leash walking, socialization, pill administration, etc. So you can be rest assured, my experience as a life-long dog owner and as a dog foster has equipped me with the skills, patience, demeanor, and ultimately love for dogs that you can trust! I also have a fenced-in yard for puppers to run around & play in!
