Hi! My name is Rachel and I am a 25 year old, working professional looking to add animal care back into life. Ever since I was a young child, I always loved animals. I used to go around my neighborhood since as early as 10 years old and would ask to play with or pet the animals on my street. I was often offered to take them for a walk. When I got older, I set up a page on Rover.com and took care of a number of animals during my summer vacations from school all the way into College before I no longer had the time to dedicate to animal care. Now at 25, I work full time at a University and have a consistent schedule, I would love to add some animal care back into my schedule after my work days end. My oldest cat is 14 years old, and I have had her since she was 2 months old, she has lived with me since I moved out for the last 6 years, and I just adopted a partially blind 11 month old cat as well with my partner. I am well versed in caring for cats, and have had ample experience caring for dogs despite never owning one. I am not able to offer animals within my home as I live in an apartment building and it would go against my lease, but I will gladly do visits within your home!
